Who I help

My work with Adults

I provide compassionate, judgment-free coaching to help adults navigate life with or without a diagnosis. With lived experience and professional expertise, I empower you with relevant learning and practical strategies tailored to your strengths and individuality.

My work with Students and Teens

Adolescence brings unique challenges, especially for those with different ways of thinking and processing the world. I can provide regular sessions to support understanding and strategies for navigating school, friendships, and personal goals, as well as tools for organistation and study skills.

Support for Children

As an experienced specialist SEND teacher I know that every child who thinks and learns differently deserves support tailored to their needs. Weekly sessions with guidance in emotional regulation, and strategies that boost academic and social confidence.

Family consultations

Families navigating neurodiversity can find greater balance and connection with the right support. I provide coaching for parents, caregivers, and siblings to foster understanding, and

practical tools to create a more harmonious and supportive home environment.

Testimonials

Working with a coach has been so helpful for me. Katy has prompted me to really look at what I needed to do next, we set our goals and she helped me work out what might get in the way, so there were no surprises. I am better at time keeping, deadlines and keeping my cool now. I'm actually looking forward to working on the next steps. Thank you.
