Questions and Answers

How can specialist tutoring help my child?

I specialise in creating tutoring sessions that are all about what your child really needs and how they learn best. It’s about finding what clicks for them already, building up fluency in basic skills, and then expanding these into the wider curriculum. Specialist tutoring is for children who are behind in the curriculum, who may or may not have specific learning needs and/or a diagnosis of Dyslexia, ADHD, Dyscalculia, or be autistic and are needing something extra that they are not currently receiving. I can work with you in person in Oxford, UK or online.

Is Executive Function and ADHD coaching worth it?

Absolutely! Think of Executive Function coaching as getting a personal guide for navigating all the things you need to succeed better. It's about learning how to manage time, stay organised, and keep focused in a way that works for you. Many people with Executive Function challenges are neurodivergent and might have a diagnosis of ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, or be autistic. But, Executive Function challenges can actually affect anyone. The coaching format is based on up-to-date research and is very much tailored to each client. You will already have some strategies in place that work well for you - let’s identify them, and build on them. I offer in person sessions in Oxford, UK or can meet online.

What are the fees for tutoring and coaching services?

I want to keep things fair and accessible, so I've set my pricing to be competitive. Plus, I know that life can be financially challenging at the moment, especially for single parents and low-income families, so I offer a sliding scale to help out. It's part of my commitment to making sure these services are available to everyone who needs them.
